Recovery Hub was created with one purpose to support our community’s physical and mental well-being.

Launched in 2024 as Lower Hutt’s first self-service wellness space, we offer accessible, science-backed recovery treatments that help you feel better, move easier, and recharge fully.
We believe wellness should be simple, inclusive, and available to everyone. Whether you're here to relax, recover, or reset, Recovery Hub is a space where all walks of life are welcome and where your health comes first.
