Recovery Hub is a dedicated recovery and wellness centre in Lower Hutt, Wellington, with sauna, ice bath, compression, lymphatic rollers and massage all under one roof, so you can combine services in a single visit.

A deeper, drier heat in a cedar-lined room, with an ice bath included in every booking. It is a quieter, bookable sauna experience where you can take time out, sweat properly and reset. You can book the sauna for up to 4 people in one reservation, which works well for couples, friends or a small group. If you book for yourself alone, the sauna may be shared with a maximum of one other solo booking. Prefer not to share? Bring a +1 with your booking and the sauna is yours for the session. Go back and forth between the heat and the cold as many times as you like, then finish however feels best.

Infrared heat warms your body directly rather than heating the air, so the room feels gentler while still encouraging a deep sweat at a lower temperature. The space is completely private with its own dedicated infrared sauna, ice bath and shower, so you can move between hot and cold, rinse off and get changed without leaving the room. It is ideal for solo use or bringing someone with you, and you never share the space with another booking.

Normatec compression boots wrap your legs, hips or arms and inflate in a rolling, wave-like pattern from the feet upward. The sequenced pressure supports circulation and helps ease tired, heavy legs after training, long shifts, standing all day or flights. You sit back in a recliner fully clothed, choose your pressure, and let it work. It is a simple, passive way to support muscle recovery and reduce the feeling of fluid retention in the lower limbs.

Adjustable infrared heated wooden rollers deliver a gentle rolling massage with acupressure elements that support lymphatic drainage, circulation and the natural movement of fluid through the body. Recovery Hub was the first business to bring these lymphatic rollers to New Zealand, and they remain the only lymphatic rollers of this kind available in Wellington and Lower Hutt. You lie or sit against the rollers and work through the areas you want: legs, glutes, hips, back and stomach. The infrared heat warms the tissue as the rollers move underneath, so the massage feels deeper without being harsh. Pressure and heat are both adjustable, making it as gentle or as firm as you like. Many people use it to support fluid balance and for the appearance of cellulite over time.

Sports and deep tissue massage with a massage therapist to target tight, overworked muscles and support muscle recovery. Whether you are carrying tension from training, work or daily life, massage can help release tight spots, improve how you move and give your nervous system a chance to settle. It can be booked on its own or combined with sauna, compression or lymphatic rollers in the same visit, so you can build a full recovery session in one location.
